§ 10-57. Same—Amendments.

The following sections are hereby revised:

(1)

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Justin.

(2)

Section 103.5. Amended to read: The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be set by resolution of the City Council and reviewed on a regular basis.

(3)

Section 106.2. Shall be deleted in its entirety.

(4)

Section 106.3. Shall be deleted in its entirety.

(5)

Section 106.4. Shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

106.4 Violation Penalties

The penalty for violation of this Code is set out in the City of Justin Code of Ordinances Sec. 1-10. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

Section 107.1.

107.1 Notice to person responsible.

Whenever the code official determines that there has been a violation of this code or has grounds to believe that a violation has occurred, notice shall be given in the manner prescribed in Sections 107.2 and 107.3 to the person responsible for the violation as specified in the code. Notices for condemnation procedures shall also comply with Section 108.3. Notice is not a prerequisite to the prosecution of a violation of this code.

Sec. 112.4. Amended to read: No person shall continue work after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition.
