§ 12-26. Display of license required.

From and after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, it is unlawful for any person to sell, solicit, or take orders for or offering to sell or take orders for any goods, wares, merchandise or services and fail to display such license therefor upon the request by any law enforcement officer or citizen of the city.
