§ 12-80. Number of sales limited.

(a)

No person owning or occupying residentially zoned property within the city, shall hold or permit to be held on the same property more than two garage sales in any calendar year.

(b)

The term "garage sale," as used herein, is defined as the offering for sale, exchange or barter to the general public of merchandise in a garage or upon the patio, yard, or in a residence situated on any property zoned residential within the corporate limits of the city.
