§ 12-83. Permit required.

No person owning or occupying residentially zoned property within the city and wishing to hold a garage sale as defined herein shall do so without first obtaining a permit from the city secretary and paying a permit fee as provided for in the fee schedule found on file in the office of the city secretary.
