§ 20-83. Possession, sale or discharge prohibited.

It is unlawful and an offense for any person to:
(1)

Sell or offer for sale any fireworks in the city;

(2)

Set off, ignite, light, or in any manner cause the explosion of any fireworks within the corporate limits of the city; or

(3)

Possess fireworks within the corporate city limits of the city.
