§ 32-88. Notice.

The individual designated to receive notice pursuant to sections 32-84 through 32-87 shall be a resident of the state upon whom all orders and notices provided in this article may be served in person or by registered or certified mail. Every operator shall within ten days notify the inspection services provider in writing of any change in such agent or mailing address unless operations in the city are discontinued and abandonment is complete.
