§ 32-224. Street and right-of-way use.

  • (a)

    In the event an oil or gas pipeline is placed within any public right-of-way under the jurisdiction of the city, the owner/operator shall comply with the right-of-way regulations as provided in this Code and obtain an appropriate franchise for the use of such right-of-way.

    (b)

    To the extent that these regulations conflict with the right-of-way use ordinance, chapter 40, article II of this Code, these regulations shall apply.
