§ 34-46. Same—Members.

Board members shall be designated as place numbers one through seven. The terms of those appointed to positions in odd-numbered places shall expire December 31 of odd-numbered years, and the terms of those appointed in even-numbered places shall expire December 31 of even-numbered years. The city council may remove a member at any time. In case of a vacancy, the city council shall appoint a successor in accordance with current city policy for boards and commissions.
