§ 34-75. Riding or driving off-road vehicles in city parks.

It is unlawful for any person to drive or ride an off-road vehicle within the limits of any park owned or leased by the city. For the purposes of this article, an off-road vehicle is a vehicle designed and equipped for use off any paved roadway with such definition to specifically include off-road motor bikes, go-carts, and dune buggies.
