§ 34-98. Permit required.

  • Any person desiring to sponsor or manage a tournament as that term is hereinafter more specifically defined on any baseball or softball park owned, managed or controlled by the city shall first make application for a permit with the city secretary at city hall during normal business hours. The applicant for a permit shall provide the city secretary with information as to when such tournaments shall be held, the number of teams participating and the person who will be in charge of sponsoring and controlling as well as managing the tournament. The applicant for permit shall also provide the name, address and phone number of an individual to whom any clean-up refund shall be made, if the same is found to be appropriate, after the completion of the tournament.
