§ 34-134. Borrowing of library materials.

Latest version.

All library materials borrowed from the library must be returned before the expiration of the number of days set by the library board for such materials to be borrowed. The community library board is authorized to collect reasonable late fines for materials returned after such borrowed period has expired.
