§ 38-31. Collection schedule.

Garbage shall be prepared for collection in accordance with the schedule established by the city council or as often as may be necessary to comply with sanitary regulations of the city. Rubbish shall be prepared for collection at least once each week, in accordance with the schedule established by the city council. Additional collections may be arranged between a person and the collector for an additional cost, to be set by the city council, upon approval by the city official in charge of solid waste collection and disposal.
