§ 42-122. Filing fee, tax certificates, impact fees and pro-rata.

  • (a)

    When the final plat is filed with the city secretary for consideration and adoption, it shall be accompanied by a filing fee in an amount as established by the city council from time to time and on file in the office of the city secretary plus an additional fee per acre or lot/unit. The deposit of such fees shall constitute formal request for plat approval.

    (b)

    The final plat shall be accompanied by certificates from the city, school district and county tax collectors showing that all city, school district and county taxes on the land being subdivided have been paid to the current year. All impact fees, assessments and applicable pro-rata charges will be paid to the city secretary prior to authorization to commence construction.
