§ 42-157. Acceptance by city.

  • Acceptance by the city shall be in the form of a letter from the city secretary or other authorized city official to the subdivider stating that inspections were conducted as the facilities were completed in accordance with specifications and standards provided for herein or approved by the city council at the time the final plat was approved for the subdivision. The developer shall instruct his engineer to prepare one set of reproducible prints (Mylar) marked "as built" and dated the final date of acceptance. The construction plans shall note as built conditions and shall be accompanied by a letter under the seal of the developer's registered professional engineer that the drawings are an accurate record of constructed items built in place.
