§ 46-10. Boarding and alighting from vehicles.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to board or alight from any vehicle while such vehicle is in motion.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to alight or attempt to alight from any vehicle parked parallel with the curb from the side of the vehicle away from the curb when another vehicle is approaching, on the same side of the street, within ten feet from the parked vehicle.
