§ 46-30. Traffic tickets.

Unless any person arrested hereunder shall demand to be taken forthwith before the municipal court, the arresting officer shall give such person a notice in writing to appear before the municipal court at a time to be specified in such writing and such person shall sign his name on the written notice.
