§ 46-188. In general.

  • (a)

    The city council may from time to time acquire property for the purpose of maintaining a public parking facility.

    (b)

    As to any such public parking facility, the city council may establish the terms and conditions of parking including regulation of the time, duration and location of such parking.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the premises of a city owned public parking facility in violation of the terms and conditions of parking established by the city council.

    (d)

    Signs shall be erected at any public parking facility stating the terms and conditions of parking.

    (e)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle at a public parking facility of the city for more than four consecutive hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday of each week.
