§ 48-35. Kind and depth of service pipes.

All service pipes laid shall be of material authorized by the water works superintendent. All service pipes from the discharge side of the meter shall be laid at least 18 inches under the natural ground surface grade and provided with stop and waste cock inside of the property line, so installed as to properly drain all pipes above ground on the premises.
