§ 48-37. City's right to discontinue or reconnect without notice.

The right is reserved in the city water works to temporarily discontinue and to reconnect without notice water supply to all consumers for the purpose of making repairs, connections, extensions, and cleaning of mains, machinery, reservoir or any part of such city water works.
