§ 48-78. Water and sewer extension fund.

Latest version.

Any and all sums of money hereinafter collected as a pro rata charge for water and/or sewer extension at the rates set out in this article, or any amendment hereto, shall be credited to the water and sewer extension fund of the city and all refunds shall be paid from such fund. In no event shall the city be obligated to proceed under the terms of this article if funds are not available or if in the determination of the city council extensions are not in the best interest of the city.
