§ 48-106. Approval of water conservation plan.

There is adopted as the city's water conservation plan the model water conservation plan for Upper Trinity Regional Water District Members, dated April 2007, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof for all purposes as the water conservation plan for the city. A true and correct copy of the water conservation plan shall be kept in the office of the city secretary and made available for public inspection at all times during regular business hours.
