§ 48-108. Drought contingency plan.

There is adopted as the city's drought contingency plan the Model Drought Contingency Plan for Upper Trinity Regional Water District Member Cities and Customers, dated April 2007, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof for all purposes as the drought contingency plan for the city. A true and correct copy of the drought contingency plan shall be kept on file in the office of the city secretary and made available for public inspection at all times during regular business hours.
