§ 48-144. Condition for obtaining water service.

As a condition of obtaining water service from the city, customers shall install, maintain, and operate their piping and plumbing systems in accordance with the city plumbing code. In the event of a conflict between this article and the Texas Administrative Code, the more restrictive provision shall apply. That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in force upon the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, which are inconsistent, or in conflict with the term or provisions contained in this article are repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
