§ 52-207. Uses of buffer yards.
A buffer yard may be used for passive recreation, such as pedestrian, bike or equestrian trails, provided that:
(1)
No plant material is eliminated;
(2)
The total width of the buffer yard is maintained, and all other requirements of this section are met. Buffer yards may not be used for play fields, stables, swimming pools, tennis courts, accessory buildings, parking facilities or trash dumpster locations.
