§ 52-300. Height, floor area ratio, density, and parking and loading standards.

The maximum height, lot width, lot depth, floor area ratio, and lot area, and the minimum off-street parking and loading requirements for uses proposed shall be established for each planned development district, and such standards and requirements shall comply with or be more restrictive than the standards established in the following districts for the specified type uses:

General Use Category	Maximum height lot width, lot depth, floor area ratio or lot area and minimum off-street parking and loading standards shall be established by the following districts:
Residential	MF
Retail and personal services uses	LR
Office	GB
Industrial or manufacturing	LI
