§ 6-19. Definition.

The term "state alcoholic beverage code," as used in this chapter, means V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code § 1.01 et seq. The term "alcoholic beverages" as used in this article shall have the meaning stated in the state alcoholic beverage code and shall specifically include beer, wine and mixed beverages, as those terms are defined in the code.
