§ 10-22. Violations.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve or remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in the city or cause the same to be done contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of the 2003 International Existing Building Code, or otherwise to violate any of the provisions of the code. Any person violating any of the provisions of the code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined as provided in section 1-10, and each day any such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
