§ 12-85. Exemptions.

It shall be permitted that non-profit organizations and fraternal organizations shall be exempt from the permit fee as provided in the city fee schedule on file in the office of the city secretary, and further, they shall be exempt as to the number of sales per year as provided in section 12-80.
