§ 12-212. Requirements—New facility.

The following procedures apply for a new food establishment facility:
(1)

A permit application must be completed and fee paid before the new establishment opens.

(2)

Permits are issued at opening inspection by the director or his representative if the facility has made corrections listed in the plan review report.

(3)

A 60-day follow up is scheduled after opening for the first scored inspection for the facility.
