§ 14-19. Establishment of municipal court.

Latest version.

There is established a court, which shall be known as the municipal court of the city. The municipal court shall have the jurisdiction, and shall be conducted in the manner prescribed and authorized by law. All fines imposed by the municipal court shall be paid into the treasury for the use and benefit of the city.
