§ 14-21. Municipal court judge to preside.

(a)

A judge (who may also be officially referred to as city judge or judge of the municipal court), shall preside over the municipal court.

(b)

During the temporary absence or disability of the judge of the municipal court, the mayor shall be acting judge of the court until the judge of the court shall return to duty or his temporary disability be removed.
