§ 2-79. Budget.

(a)

Prepare and submit a draft of an annual budget to the city council for review and approval and be responsible for its administration after adoption.

(b)

Keep the mayor and council advised of the administration of the budget after its adoption and the financial condition and future needs of the city and make such recommendations as may seem desirable.
