§ 38-28. Non-collection.

(a)

No collection of garbage, ashes or rubbish will be required to be made by the city, where same is not prepared for collection and placed as designated by the terms of this article; and failure of any person to comply with the requirements of this article for storage or placement for collection of solid waste shall be a violation hereof, and subject to the penalty herein provided.

(b)

The service provider will not collect hazardous waste, animal or human, dead animals, auto parts, used tires, concrete, dirt, gravel, rock or sand in the regular collection. The owner or occupant of premises may negotiate the collection of such items with the service provider.
