§ 38-27. Oily waste.

Latest version.

Waste oils, and oily wastes containing solids, from garages, gasoline stations and car wash installations shall be disposed of at the expense of the party responsible for same under the direction of the official of the city in charge of garbage disposal. No oil or oily waste shall be discharged into the sanitary sewer, storm sewer or a waterway.
