§ 40-3. Permit required for placing object over, under or across public ways.

It is unlawful for any person to excavate or trench across, bore under, suspend overhead or obstruct in any way any public street, highway, sidewalk, alley, park, public square, public place or any real property of the city, for any reason without obtaining a permit from the public works director.
