§ 46-14. Night parking.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to park, stand, or leave any vehicle upon any portion of any public street or alley in the city, between the hours of 1:00 a.m., and 5:00 a.m. on any day, for a longer continuous period of time than 30 minutes.

(b)

This provision shall not apply to physicians, ambulances, fire apparatus, police, and public utility vehicles, when in the actual regular course of their duty.
