§ 46-31. Failure to appear.

Any person violating such written promise to appear before the municipal court shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, regardless of the disposition of the charge on which he was originally arrested, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined according to the penalties herein set forth.
