§ 48-81. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and any such person, firm or corporation found guilty thereof shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in section 1-10. Each and every day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
