§ 8-4. Running at large.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for the owner or person who possesses, keeps or harbors any dog or other animal other than a cat, to fail to keep such dog or animal from running at large, as defined herein, within the corporate limits of the city.

(b)

The local animal control officer is authorized to impound such animals running at large.
