§ 2-77. General powers and responsibilities.

  • The city manager shall coordinate the administrative functions of all departments and divisions within the city, attend all regular and special city council meetings with the right to take part in discussion of such meetings, take appropriate action whenever laws or ordinances of the city are being violated, and perform such other duties as may be required by the council not inconsistent with this article.
