§ 8-11. Keeping fowl and rabbits.

  • Fowl and rabbits shall be kept in a secure pen or enclosure that is at least 55 feet from any inhabited dwelling, other than that of the owner, and such enclosure shall be of such construction and strength to keep the animals from running at large.
